About me
Kate came across massage from a simple moment as rubbing her mother’s head and shoulders. She decided to quit her full-time job to endeavor into this interest of ‘touch’. In
2012, Kate completed Certificate IV in Massage Practice and the Diploma of Remedial Massage at the Australian College of Massage. After graduating, Kate applied herself as far as the town of Ingham and worked in several local clinics in Townsville.
Kate’s passion is her love and care of helping clients to get back to doing what they love. In the last three years, she has delved into Myofascial Release techniques to further learn and improve treatments for her clients.
Kate challenges herself not only as a professional but in her personal development. In 2016, Kate competed in the Australasian Natural Body Building (ANB) Competition in Townsville winning third place in the Fitness Model under 35 years category.
Furthermore, Kate loves daring outdoor adventures such as trail running and mountain biking. In 2022, she completed a 27km trail run in the beautiful land of Thredbo near Mt Kosciuszko. In 2023, she finished her first three-day stage mountain bike event in the wonderful world of Tasmania. This year, Kate is endeavouring another first, going overseas to participate in a trail running race in the spectacular New Zealand.
